Describe a time when you had a problem with using the computer - IELTS Speaking

If I remember correctly, it was around 2 months ago when I needed to complete a task for my boss. The issue occurred when it was very close to my deadline so I really freaked out. 

To tell you more about this problem, at first, my computer worked very slowly. To be more specific, when I clicked or typed something, it would take 5 to 10 seconds to appear. It got more worrying when my computer started

very loudly but nothing was coming out of the behind it. And suddenly there was a long beep, then my computer shut down, leaving me with my jaw on the ground. I tried it, the monitor turned on for barely 5 seconds and went dark again. And like most , I . I tried calling my boss for a , but he did not or respond to any of my texts. I called my IT friend but he was already in bed, and no matter how much I , he would not come over to help me fix my computer. At midnight I was already at my wits end, and with tears in my eyes, I started doing my task again from scratch, on my phone. I finished at around 5 in the morning, and I think I lost consciousness as soon as I hit the button. Later that day, I brought my computer to a store to have it fixed, and the problem was, there was too much in the air vents that the computer . It only needed a little , and then my computer sprung back to life, and luckily for me, all of my files were still . The store told me this can be easily avoided if I would use a small vacuum cleaner frequently to keep the vents , which conveniently were available there at a , but I was so by the night before that I bought it immediately, only to find out that it could be purchased at plenty other at half the price. 

All in all, it was a very educational experience, and I have the habit of bringing my computer to

more often now.
